The ABEL Food Mixer Range

The Abel food mixer range is a range of quality, quiet running mixers that are produced for use in the food industry. They are available with various operating options.

standard models with either plastic or stainless steel bowls are mounted on a standard mixer chassis. These have a single phase electric motor with an on / off switch. For easier and more efficient operation, especially inside, food mixers are available with a chassis mounted on casters. The bowl stem on this type of chassis, is mounted on a bearing at the cross braces. This allows the bowl to be spun 360 degrees without having to move the whole unit. The variable speed motor option allows the operator to start the motor slowly and gradually speed up. This is a must, when mixing powders.

A gas burner can also be fitted to the stainless model, allowing the bowl to turn in flame. This can be used for roasting nuts and other similar products.
